Ancestry Aug 2016 The Probate of the Will and Codicil of the Referend James Titterington late of Gracehill in the County of Antrim Moraavian Minister deceased who died on or about 18 January 1868 at Gracehill aforesaid granted 29 April 1868 at Dublin in Ireland to George Henry Moxon of Gracehill aforesaid Moravian Minister one of the Executors was sealed at the Principal Registry London.

The Will of Nancy Titterington late of The Thompson Memorial Home Lisburn County Antrim Spinster who died 7 January 1887 at same place was proved at Belfast by Felix Booth Simms of The Linen Hall Belfast Estate Agent the sole Executor.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Nancy Titterington Spinster of the Thompson Memorial Home Lisburn in the County of Antrim made this fifth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and eighty six. I hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint Felix Booth Simms linen Hall, Belfast County of Antrim to be my Executor and I direct that all my just debts and funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease. I hereby give and bequeath unto Mary Titterington of Majors Court Bridge Street, Lisburn, Widow of my late brother William Titterington, the sum of ten pounds sterling. I hereby give and bequeath unto my niece Anne Titterington Spinster daughter of above, named William and Mary Titterington of Major’s Court, Bridge Street, Lisburn, the sum of Ten pounds Sterling. The residue of all monies and property of whatsoever kind, I may die poss asset of I leave and give unto my sister, Mary Megarry wife of Samuel Megarry late of 13 Kearneys Buildings, Ballymacarrett, Belfast. In cade the said Mary Megarry pre-deceases me then I leave Rebecca Megarry, Spinster daughter of said Mary Megarry myResiduary legatee.
