The Titteringtons of Northern Ireland
The Charts and the First Titteringtons in Northern Ireland
Our research findings have indicated that the roots of the Titteringtons of Northern Ireland originated with two brothers, John and James. They were the great grandsons of Richard of Staffordshire and his wife, Gennet.
The Irish Titteringtons mainly resided in County Down spreading to the Counties of Antrim and Armagh. Some of their descendants however, have been found as far-flung as in England, Scotland, the United States, Canada and Australia. If you feel that you are able to add additional information to any of these trees please let us know.

On the site there is a range of charts that show the top of all the various branches of Titteringtons that we understand to have originated in Northern Ireland. The purpose of this site is to try to show how all the various branches might possibly link together. It does not, nor wish to record all the individuals of every branch. It is the Researchers who keep the details of their own particular Titterington branches.
Search the Charts to see if your Branch fits in and let us know if it does. If you think you belong to a different branch that is connected to the Titteringtons of Northern Ireland - again, just let us know.
