Wb12 I. Will of David Titterington, 10/12/1884
I, David Titterington of Oriskany, Oneida County, New York, being of sound mind and memory, do swear, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, that is to say .
1st, After all my lawful debts and my funeral expenses are paid and a suitable iron fence placed around any lot in country at Oriskany and paid for
2nd, I give and bequeath to my brother Trevor Titterington of Auburn, New York State, one hundred dollars.
3rd, I give and bequeath to my sister Eliza Borland of Hillsboro, County Down, Ireland, one hundred dollars.
4th, I give and bequeath to Josephine Buttingham, formerly Josephine Knox, fifty dollars.
5th, I give and bequeath to Hannah Bay of Staten Island, New York, fifty dollars
6th, I give and bequeath to my brother, John Titterington of Uttica, New York, the use only during his life of the balance and remainder of my estate is to be shared of whatever name or nature, and after his death the said balance and remainder of my estates is to be divided , share and share alike, among my nieces Libbie Titterington, Bella Titterington, Jane Titterington and Ellen Knox, daughters of my brother John Titterington for their sole use and benefit.
I hereby appoint my brother John Titterington as sole Executor of my estate hereby revoking all former wills made by me.

We the undersigned in presence of and at the request of David Titterington signed and named as witnesses of the above which he declared to each and both of us to be his last will and testament.
